Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

- International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items If your goes missing, please contact the delivery partner in the first instant with the tracking number provided. They should be able to assist you in locating you package.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the damaged items and we'll make it right.
