HOW TO USE
  • Start with damp skin, take desired amount and gently massage in circular motion.
  • Face: use light pressure massage for 50-60 seconds, avoiding the eyes.
  • Body: massage a bit longer on rough areas like elbows, knees, heels.
  • Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry.
  • Follow with moisturiser or body oil, use 1-2 times per week.
  • For sensitive skin: use less pressure and reduce frequency.
  • Ayurvedic Guidance: Best suited to Kapha and Vata skin tendencies. If your skin is more Pitta-leaning or easily sensitised, use twice a week or as needed.
